2025 Projects
The Town undertook both chipseal and asphalt overlay projects in 2025. 6.5 miles of town roads were chipsealed and five areas of smaller asphalt overlay projects were completed. Links to maps detailing the project areas are below.

The Town also contracted for brushing along town roads. 40 hours of equipment and operator were contracted. Road right-of-ways in areas south of the Town Hall were targeted.

2023 Projects
The Town in partnership with local farmers added 1300 tons of gravel to Taft Avenue between Birch Drive and Marsh Drive. Town employees spread the gravel to improve the road's surface in that area. The Town will plan to continue to improve our gravel roads as funds permit.
2022 Projects
As asphalt overlay was completed on Hans Drive and Bonnie Lane in the Prainwood Subdivision. Cost of the project was $43,860. LRIP (Local Roads Improvement Project) funds provided $16,000 of the total amount.
The Town of Plover paved 2.07 miles of Biron Drive with cold mix asphalt using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act. The total cost of the project was $208,487. ARPA funds contributed $173,959 to the project.

Other smaller projects were undertaken during the year:
- Two culverts were replaced on Biron Drive prior to paving.
- A culvert on Lake Drive was replaced. That section of road was then paved with cold mix asphalt.
- A small section of Hoover Ave at the intersection with Hwy 54 (by the Town Hall) was paved.
2021 Projects
Culverts were replaced on Biron Drive and Black Oak Drive.
As asplalt overlay was applied to the cul-de-sac at the end of Cabernet Court after an adequate base was established with a gravel fill.
Porter Road, Poplar Drive and Kennedy Ave from Hwy B north to Black Oak Drive were chipsealed.
A gravel lift was applied to a small section of Birch Dr west of Taft Ave.
2020 Projects
An asphalt overlay was applied to Barbara's Lane and Pat's Court in the Prainwood Subdivision.
Chipseal was applied to Weller Drive and to Hoover Ave from Cheryl's Drive south to Birch Drive.
2019 Projects
An asphalt overlay was applied to Cardinal Drive in
Chipseal was applied to sections to Biron Drive, to Black Oak Drive, and a section of Kennedy Ave.
Culverts were replaced on Biron Drive and Lindstrom Lane.
Asphalt wedging was applied on Weller Drive.
2018 Projects
An asphalt overlay was applied to Canary Lane
The chipseal project included sections of Coolidge Ave, Forest Drive, Forest Lake Drive, Love Creek Ave, Meehan Drive, River Ridge Circle, Woodland Circle and Woodland Court.
2017 Projects
An asphalt overlay was applied to Bluebird Drive from Cardinal Dr to Canary Dr.
Chipseal was applied to Boston Drive, a small section of Harding Ave behind Kwik Trip.
